Capacity check and rough costing at the partner plant, matched to the intended tool size.
3D concept, filling analysis, FMEA
In Lüdenscheid
Mouldflow analysis, 3D tool concept and FMEA. Release only once gating, cooling and demoulding are resolved.
In Qingdao
Detail design based on the released concept, steel selection with certificate, schedule for toolmaking.
Manufacturing under continuous supervision
