2. General information

This website operates without tracking, analytics services, external fonts or other third-party scripts. No cookies are set. We process personal data only to the extent required to provide the website and to handle your enquiries.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale), Germany. The host processes technical access data on our behalf (see server log files). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the server automatically stores information in so-called server log files, transmitted automatically by your browser:

This data is used to keep the site running, analyse errors and defend against attacks. It is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted automatically according to the retention settings of the host.

5. Contact form and contact by e-mail

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, optionally company and phone number, and the content of your message) to handle your enquiry. The form is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS; the data is delivered to us by e-mail and is not stored on the web server.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
